  • I'd like to place a wholesale order, can you do that?"
    We are proud to support local Knoxville businesses and would be honored for you to resale our pins after making a wholesale purchase. If you would like to inquire about whole purchases please email us at contact@henger.design and we can answer any questions you may have.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    If you receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the returned product, a replacement product may be sent back to you. Please reach out to us at contact@henger.design if you have any problems with your purchase. *Limit to 30 days after purchase*
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
    The easiest and most effecient way to contact is through email (contact@henger.design), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours.
